Fed. Circ. Revives Northrop's $2.7M Software Contract Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (February 19, 2013, 7:43 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Tuesday reinstated a $2.7 million suit by Northrop Grumman Computing Systems Inc. accusing the government of breaking a software contract by failing to secure enough funding for the project, ruling that the Court of Federal Claims had jurisdiction over Northrop’s original complaint.
