NYC Off Hook In '08 Crane Collapse Wrongful Death Suits

Law360, New York (February 19, 2013, 6:17 PM EST) -- New York City bears no obligation to three construction companies facing two wrongful death suits after the May 2008 collapse of a crane on the Upper East Side, an appellate court said Tuesday, affirming a trial judge's dismissal of the builders' bid to hold the city partially liable.
