Citing Canning, DC Circ. Suspends NLRB Union Election Case

Law360, New York (February 21, 2013, 1:40 PM EST) -- The D.C. Circuit on Tuesday suspended the National Labor Relations Board's appeal of a ruling that found a rule aimed at streamlining union elections was invalid because it was enacted without a required three-member quorum, citing its decision in Noel Canning v. NLRB.
