Madison-Kipp, Insurers Want Out Of Toxic Vapor Suit

Law360, New York (February 20, 2013, 5:01 PM EST) -- Madison-Kipp Corp. on Tuesday asked a federal judge to dismiss a proposed class action accusing it of releasing toxic chemicals into the environment and damaging nearby homes, while its insurers sought a ruling that they don't have to cover the die-casting company in the litigation.
