AstraZeneca Handed Partial Win In Seroquel Fight

Law360 (December 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP has scored a half-victory in its bid to disqualify two experts from the case against Israeli drug maker Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. over its blockbuster Seroquel.

The pharmaceutical giant's motion to strike from Teva's witness list doctors Robert R. Conley and Ira D. Glick was partly granted by the New Jersey court, which issued an order ousting Dr. Conley Tuesday.
