Judge Closes Book On Redback Securities Suit

Law360 (December 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A telecommunications company hit with a securities fraud suit by shareholders can breathe a sigh of relief, after a district court judge granted the company's motion to toss the case.

In an order handed down on Wednesday, a judge in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California granted a motion to dismiss the second amended complaint in a suit against Redback Networks Inc. The court did not allow the plaintiffs leave to amend.
