Cigna Overbilling Is Legitimate, Clinics Claim

Law360, New York (February 21, 2013, 1:35 PM EST) -- A group of surgical practices asked a California federal judge Wednesday to dismiss Cigna Health and Life Insurance Co.’s suit accusing them of a scheme to overbill the insurer and several employer health plans by at least $66 million, saying their practices were lawful.
