Texas Bill Would Shift Oversight Of Water Rates

Law360, Dallas (February 26, 2013, 9:14 PM EST) -- Legislation introduced Thursday in the Texas House of Representatives would expand the role of the the state’s Public Utility Commission, giving it control over the state’s water rates that now belongs to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
