Jana Ups Agrium Stake Amid Push To Steer Company

Law360, New York (February 21, 2013, 3:27 PM EST) -- Activist hedge fund Jana Partners LLC pumped up its stake in Canadian fertilizer company Agrium Inc. to 7.5 percent, according to a Thursday securities filing, stoking tensions amid a battle to reshape the company and its board.
