JPMorgan Unit's Emails Not Privileged, FERC Tells DC Circ.

Law360, New York (February 22, 2013, 1:34 PM EST) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Wednesday urged the D.C. Circuit to order a JPMorgan Chase & Co. energy unit to cough up 25 unredacted emails in a probe over electricity market manipulation in California and the Midwest, saying a magistrate judge had wrongly ruled the emails were privileged.
