Dell Pulled Into Tablet PC Patent Rift

Law360 (December 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Dell Inc. has become embroiled in a patent dispute over tablet personal computers as the seller of the allegedly infringing products.

Typhoon Touch Technologies Inc. and Nova Mobility Systems Inc. filed a suit on Wednesday in a Texas federal court against Dell and Motion Computing Inc. for allegedly infringing two patents for portable touch-screen computers.
