6th Circ. Resurrects Vitamin C Labeling Suit Against P&G

Law360, New York (February 22, 2013, 4:44 PM EST) -- The Sixth Circuit on Friday revived a class action accusing Procter & Gamble Inc. of misrepresenting the effectiveness of cold and flu treatments containing vitamin C, ruling that state fraud claims can move forward because the named plaintiffs' claims are not preempted by federal law.
