US Ignored I-69 Project's Enviro Impacts, 7th Circ. Hears

Law360, Chicago (February 25, 2013, 6:04 PM EST) -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers failed to consider the full environmental impacts of a $3 billion extension plan for Interstate 69 when it granted a permit for a 25-mile Indiana construction portion of the project, environmental groups told the Seventh Circuit on Monday.
