Ill. Village Can't Get Coverage For Water Pollution Suits

Law360, Chicago (February 22, 2013, 8:27 PM EST) -- An Illinois appeals court on Friday upheld a ruling that said Ironshore Specialty Insurance Co. and two other insurers owe no coverage to the village of Crestwood and its former mayor in litigation alleging the village knowingly mixed polluted water into the municipal tap water supply to cut costs.
