High Court Snubs Miners In National Forest Road-Closure Row

Law360, New York (February 25, 2013, 1:39 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday rejected a bid by a national miners group to review a September Ninth Circuit order upholding driving restrictions on roads in California's Eldorado National Forest the group argued are public.
