Sandusky Insurance Battle To Take Place In Philly

Law360, Philadelphia (February 25, 2013, 4:11 PM EST) -- Pennsylvania State University must battle its insurer in a Philadelphia court for coverage of claims stemming from the Jerry Sandusky sex-abuse scandal, the Pennsylvania Superior Court found Thursday, rejecting the university's bid to try the case in Centre County, the home of its main campus.
