Miami Beach Panel Delays Decision On Mixed-Use Project

Law360, Miami (February 26, 2013, 11:31 PM EST) -- The developers of a major mixed-use residential-retail project in Miami Beach appeared before the city's planning board Tuesday seeking conditional use approval but were sent home empty-handed when the board decided it did not have time to complete its review.
