Pa. Court Says Nonspecialist Experts OK In Malpractice Suits

Law360, Philadelphia (February 26, 2013, 5:04 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Superior Court ruled Monday that experts testifying against medical specialists in malpractice suits do not need to be certified in the same specialty, but must show only that they are qualified based on their experience in a related field.
