FSOC Pressures SEC, But All's Fair In Love And Regulation

Law360, New York (February 26, 2013, 5:45 PM EST) -- A simmering power struggle boiled over last week when a top U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission official blasted the Financial Stability Oversight Council for meddling in key regulatory initiatives, but experts say the council is right to put the agency on the hot seat.
