FDA Warns Supplement Co. Over Facebook 'Like'

Law360, New York (February 26, 2013, 4:41 PM EST) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration on Tuesday published a warning letter to a dietary supplement seller over its claims that its products treat or prevent cancer, including an instance in which the company “liked” a Facebook post from a customer who said the product had helped “keep cancer at bay.”
