Feinstein Campaign Sues DOJ To Get Embezzlement Evidence

Law360, New York (February 26, 2013, 5:48 PM EST) -- A campaign for Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., sued the federal government Tuesday to force the release of evidence on a former campaign treasurer who embezzled millions, saying it needs the information to prove that First California Bank was complicit in the fraud.
