Hospice Must Return Medicare Overpayments, 10th Circ. Rules

Law360, New York (February 26, 2013, 7:06 PM EST) -- The Tenth Circuit on Tuesday ruled an Oklahoma hospice must return to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Medicare payments it received above a reimbursement cap, saying it had waited too long to challenge the law implementing the cap.
