5th Circ. Enforces Arbitration Deal Despite Rights Clause

Law360, New York (February 27, 2013, 7:02 PM EST) -- The Fifth Circuit said Tuesday that an oil-drilling company could require arbitration of an age discrimination dispute, even if the worker making the claims signed an agreement in which the employer promised not to restrict any of his federal or state rights.
