GOP Reps. Attack CMS Over Fraud-Fighting Efforts

Law360, New York (February 27, 2013, 2:43 PM EST) -- A group of Republican congressmen on Wednesday took aim at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, saying that its fraud-fighting efforts had not improved in years and that the agency had yet to implement a number of Affordable Care Act-mandated anti-fraud provisions.
