DOJ Antitrust Suit Over Natural Gas Bidding In Jeopardy

Law360, New York (February 27, 2013, 8:06 PM EST) -- A Colorado federal judge on Monday threatened to toss the U.S. Department of Justice's antitrust suit against two energy companies it claims illegally agreed not to bid against one another for natural gas leases on government land, after rejecting a proposed settlement of the case late last year.
