Judge To Mull MatlinPatterson Damages In Airline Loan Case

Law360, New York (February 27, 2013, 7:07 PM EST) -- A New York state judge ruled Wednesday that private equity firm MatlinPatterson Global Advisers LLC can conduct additional discovery while he tries to decide how much money it owes to an affiliate of LAN Airlines SA over the $320 million sale of a Brazilian airline.
