Google Seeking SEP Injunctions Despite FTC Deal, Rivals Say

Law360, New York (February 27, 2013, 4:21 PM EST) -- Apple Inc. and Microsoft Corp. told the Federal Trade Commission last week that Google Inc. continues to seek sales bans related to standard-essential patents, despite a recent FTC settlement that prohibited Google from pursuing injunctions against companies willing to license such patents.
