Water District Gets No Fish Protection Repayment: Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (February 27, 2013, 5:54 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Wednesday upheld the dismissal of a California water district’s suit demanding compensation from the U.S. government for requiring the diversion of water into a so-called fish ladder to protect endangered steelhead trout, finding the district couldn't demonstrate injury.
