GSK Not Immune To Drug-Discount Antitrust Suit, Clinic Says

Law360, New York (February 27, 2013, 6:53 PM EST) -- A specialty health clinic urged a Nevada federal judge on Tuesday not to shield GlaxoSmithKline LLC from allegations it engaged in illegal price discrimination by selling lower-cost vaccines to select medical providers, accusing the drugmaker of falsely pretending its conduct is endorsed by the federal government.
