Law360, New York (February 27, 2013, 7:18 PM EST) -- A Washington state ColorTyme Inc. franchisee on Wednesday said its ties to Pennsylvania, where it is facing a proposed class action that alleges the company sold computers that were enabled to intercept customers’ electronic communications, aren’t strong enough for the suit to stand.
