Calif. AG Supports Gay Marriage In High Court Fight

Law360, Los Angeles (February 27, 2013, 7:46 PM EST) -- California Attorney General Kamala Harris has filed an amicus brief with the U.S. Supreme Court arguing that the state's Proposition 8 gay marriage ban is unconstitutional and that its sponsors don't have the right to defend the law in court, her office said Wednesday.
