Law360, New York (February 28, 2013, 1:36 PM EST) -- A federal judge in Colorado on Wednesday sanctioned the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for delaying the discovery of text messages and social media account information from a group of female HoneyBaked Ham Co. employees who allege they were sexually harassed.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael E. Hegarty partly granted HoneyBaked Ham's motion for sanctions, saying that certain EEOC conduct has made discovery in the sexual harassment case "more time-consuming, laborious and adversarial than it should have been."
