PE Firm Snags Asia Units Of Struggling UK Music Co. HMV

Law360, New York (February 28, 2013, 3:31 PM EST) -- Asia-focused private equity firm AID Partners Capital Ltd. has scooped up the Hong Kong and Singapore assets of flagging U.K. music retailer HMV Group PLC, providing a measure of relief to the company as it wades through bankruptcy, HMV's administrators said Thursday.
