Columbia Gas Plans $210M Pipeline Expansion In Pa., NJ

Law360, Philadelphia (February 28, 2013, 4:09 PM EST) -- NiSource Inc. subsidiary Columbia Gas Transmission asked federal energy regulators Monday for permission to begin a public outreach campaign ahead of its plans for a $210 million expansion of its natural gas pipeline systems in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
