Law360, New York (February 28, 2013, 5:53 PM EST) -- A Louisiana federal judge on Thursday tossed a suit claiming the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers ruined a property deal between two companies by improperly imposing Clean Water Act regulations on the property, saying the Corps' actions weren't final and couldn't be challenged in court.
Belle Co. LLC and Kent Recycling Services LLC claimed the Corps violated an injunction on a rule that broadened the Corps.' Clean Water Act jurisdiction over wetlands that were converted into cropland.
