Texas Appeals Court Sends BP Gas Delivery Suit To Arbitration

Law360, Houston (February 28, 2013, 7:35 PM EST) -- A Texas appeals court on Thursday ruled that a BP PLC unit must arbitrate litigation over a natural gas delivery contract even though the agreement does not expressly require arbitration, because the case cannot be decided without considering a separate contract that does.
