Urban Outfitters Ends Suit Over Racy Pics Of Teen Model

Law360, New York (February 28, 2013, 7:24 PM EST) -- Urban Outfitters Inc. has settled a lawsuit claiming it violated the Lanham Act and state civil rights laws by selling T-shirts bearing racy photos of a then-15-year-old model, according to papers filed Thursday in New York federal court.
