Takeda Failed To Warn Of Actos Cancer Risk, Jury Hears

Law360, Los Angeles (February 28, 2013, 7:45 PM EST) -- Japan's Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. should have added a bladder cancer warning to its diabetes drug Actos long before a man now dying of the disease began taking the medication, his attorney told a Los Angeles jury Thursday in the first product liability trial of its kind.
