Sandy Relief Group's Funds Frozen By NJ Attorney General

Law360, New York (March 1, 2013, 7:21 PM EST) -- New Jersey’s attorney general on Thursday announced that a purported charity for victims of Superstorm Sandy will be temporarily barred from soliciting donations after the state sued the foundation’s operators for allegedly funneling some of its proceeds into their personal bank accounts.
