$8.9M Award For HP Whistleblowers Gets 8th Circ.'s OK

Law360, New York (March 1, 2013, 4:45 PM EST) -- The Eighth Circuit affirmed Friday that two whistleblowers were entitled to 15 percent of the federal government's $46 million settlement of a defective pricing claim against Hewlett-Packard Co. even though the claim wasn't part of the original suit they filed against Accenture LLP and others.
