Class Certified In DuPont Price-Fixing Suit

Law360, New York (December 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A group of Canadian plastic parts manufacturers has won class certification in its lawsuit against E.I. DuPont Canada Co., which accuses the company of setting and maintaining anti-competitive prices for engineering resins used in the auto industry.
