NY Energy Retailers Say Transparency Key To Competition

Law360, New York (March 1, 2013, 5:51 PM EST) -- A group of electricity and gas retailers told the New York State Public Service Commission on Friday that full transparency in customer billing is the key to fostering competition with utilities as state regulators explore whether and how more choices could yield lower rates.
