Businesses Head To Court To Halt Immigration Law

Law360 (December 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A coalition of business groups has launched a second lawsuit attempting to block a new Arizona law that puts companies at risk of losing their license to do business if they knowingly employ undocumented workers.

The latest suit was filed Sunday night, just two days after a federal judge dismissed the first on the grounds that the coalition was suing the wrong people.
