P&G, Kimberly-Clark Released From Defective Diaper FCA Suit

Law360, New York (March 1, 2013, 7:49 PM EST) -- The plaintiff in a whistleblower suit accusing a host of companies of violating the False Claims Act by selling the federal government supposedly defective diapers and tampons asked a Louisiana federal court Friday to drop Procter & Gamble Co, Kimberly-Clark Corp. and two other companies from the suit.
