Depositions In $19B Chevron RICO Suit Will Be Refereed

Law360, New York (March 4, 2013, 2:29 PM EST) -- The judge overseeing Chevron Corp.’s New York racketeering suit over a $19.2 billion pollution judgment for a group of indigenous Ecuadoreans on Friday granted the company’s bid to appoint special masters to oversee depositions in the “exceptionally contentious” litigation.
