American Suzuki's Ch. 11 Plan Wins Approval

Law360, New York (March 1, 2013, 6:31 PM EST) -- American Suzuki Motor Corp. on Friday said a California bankruptcy judge confirmed the company's Chapter 11 plan, which brings the company one step closer to winding down its U.S. automobile sales.
