Katten Can't Shake Lowis & Gellen's Malpractice Claims

Law360, Los Angeles (March 4, 2013, 8:19 PM EST) -- An Illinois federal judge refused Friday to toss Lowis & Gellen LLP's third-party complaint claiming Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP shared malpractice liability in a suit accusing Lowis of negligently preparing loan information for now-defunct First Chicago Bank & Trust, saying Katten's arguments had fallen flat.
