Fla. Tribe Filed 'Nasty' Motion In Malpractice Suit: Law Firm

Law360, Miami (March 4, 2013, 6:24 PM EST) -- Lewis Tein PL asked a Florida state court on Friday to find the Miccosukee Tribe of Indians of Florida in contempt in response to a motion the tribe filed in its malpractice suit that the firm says is vindictive, nasty and in violation of a warning from the judge.
