Hostess Bakery Sale Would Skirt Enviro Rules, US Says

Law360, New York (March 4, 2013, 1:25 PM EST) -- The U.S. on Friday urged a bankruptcy judge to reject Hostess Brands Inc.’s sale of several of its bakeries over the sale’s broad environmental releases, while Hostess itself sought $2.8 million from The Kroger Co. for products delivered months ago.
