Calif. Anorexia Coverage Ruling Denied High Court Review

Law360, New York (March 4, 2013, 2:59 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to review a decision requiring Blue Shield of California to cover an anorexic woman’s care under an employer plan due to a state law dictating mentally ill patients receive similar care as the physically ill, ignoring industry concerns over the ruling.
